Tourism Development Bank Limited (TDBL) is a National Level Development Bank moving towards the delivery of comprehensive banking services to it's esteemed customers. Applications are invited from highly motivated, creative and competent Nepalese citizens for the different position:
A. For Corporate Office
1. Head-card Center (Officer Level) (1): Applicant should have Master's degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university having at least four years of experience in card center of bank /financial institutions or Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent degree from recognized university having at least six years of experience in card center of bank/Financial institutions. The candidates must have presently working in card center in bank/ financial instutiams. The candidates should have ability to lead the card center. Age not exceeding forty years as of last date of application.
B. Birgunj Branch:
1. Branch Manager (Officer Level) (1): Applicant should have Master's degree or equivalent degree from recognized University having at least four years of banking experience or Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent degree from recognized University having at least six years of banking experience.The Candidates must have presently working as junior officer level or higher position handling overall operations and credit functions in bank/ financial institutions. The candidates should have ability to lead the branch team smoothly and profitably. Age not exceeding forty years as of last date of application.
2. Assistant Officer (1): Applicant should have Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent degree from recognized University having at least four years of banking experience of credit and operation area. The candidates must have presently working as senior assistant level or higher position in bank/financial institutions. Preferable age not exceeding thirty five years as of last date of application.
3. Senior Assistant (1): Applicant should have Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent degree from recognized University having at least three years of banking experience in bank/ financial institution. Prederable age not exceeding twenty eight years as of last date of application.
4. Junior Trainee Assistant (1): Applicant should have +2 in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized University with at least 60% marks. Preferable age not exceeding 25 years as last date of application.
Application without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/CGPA shall be auto,atically disqualified.
All Candidates are expected to be proficient in written/spoken Nepali and English and be Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. For the positions mentioned above, candidates are expected to have smart personality, pleasant and cheerful nature with excellent interpersonal skills, desire to excel and a positive attitude. Local candidates will be preferred.
