JOB POSITION: National Sales Manager (01) 
JOB LOCATION: Kathmandu with frequent travel across Nepal 
MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: MBA or equivalent in business with specialization in sales and/or marketing
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 
  • 10 years of progressive experience with prominent FMCG brands preferably in prominent liquor brands.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Responsible for entire set-up and execution of sales and marketing plan for the business.
  • To maintain high sales and profitability while following a commercially sound business plan and company vision.
  • Nationwide channel partner (distributors/wholesalers/retailers) build-up and management of solid professional relationship.
  • Selecting, coaching, motivating and monitoring a professional sales team to execute and exceed goals and targets for overall growth.
  • Outlines effective sales strategy and makes comprehensive financial analysis to study the feasibility and cost-benefit analysis of the plan.
  • Makes informative and effective reporting MIS from the subordinates and reports to the senior leadership team of the company
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 
  • High proficiency in oral and written English.
  • Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy.
  • Team consulting and relationship building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and digital technology.
  • Overall sales and marketing knowledge 
JOB POSITION: Area Sales Manager (02)
JOB LOCATION: Kathmandu for Local Market (Bagmati Zone) and Kathmandu for Upcountry Market (East/Central/West/Far West Region).

MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: BA or equivalent in business with specialization in sales and/or marketing 

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 5 years of progressive experience with prominent liquor brands.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
  • Responsible for handling the liquor portfolio in the designated territory
  • Identify qualified channel partners (distributors/wholesalers/ retailers) and subsequently build and maintain a professional relationship by following company's policies
  • Delivers and exceeds all assigned sales and marketing objectives and targets while making proper financial analysis of each execution
  • Makes territorial sales and marketing strategy understanding the brand portfolio, market requirements, industry scenario and competitive analysis
  • Creates, trains, executes, motivates and monitors sales team and into ensuring delivery of the company's sales targets, objectives and mission 
  • Reports all required MIS and market activities in a clear and comprehensive format 
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Ability to travel to the designated market
  • Flexible to perform job duties beyond regular work hours
  • Sound leader and team player 
  • Able to sustain practical work pressure and is result oriented 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Fluently read, write and speak in English and Nepali 
JOB POSITION: Sales Officer / Supervisor (05)

JOB LOCATION: Abu Khaireni, Biratnagar, Butwal, Dhangadi and Pokhara 

MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: BA or equivalent in business with specialization in sales and/or marketing 

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 years of progressive experience with prominent FMCG brands (liquor preferred) 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  
  • Responsible for handling the liquor portfolio in the designated territory
  • Make sound sales and marketing strategy with alignment of territory distributors in the assigned territory 
  • Maintain a healthy professional relationship with channel partners in the designated territory with alignment of the company's policies 
  • Deliver and exceed assigned sales and marketing objectives and targets
  • Monitor and analyze competitor's activities and make strategic plans to develop overall brand and increase sales 
  • Reports all required sales MIS and market activities in a clear and comprehensive format to the responsible area sales manager 
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Has integrity in all job related duties and reporting
  • Flexible to perform job duties beyond regular work hours 
  • A coherent team player
  • Able to sustain practical work pressure and is result oriented 
  • Strong negotiation skills

JOB POSITION: Merchandiser (05)

JOB LOCATION:  Kathmandu 

MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: 10+2 pass or higher in any stream 

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 1 year of experience with prominent FMCG brands (liquor preferred) 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  
  • Responsible for merchandizing related activities in assigned areas 
  • Able to transfer product knowledge to the respective market 
  • Performs all duties related to maintaining and increasing brand image in the market and as per company and brand protocol 
  • Deliver and exceed assigned job duties and expectations 
  • Reports all required merchandizing activities in a clear format to the responsible supervisor 
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Has product knowledge
  • Flexible to perform job duties beyond regular work hours
  • Is focused on the assigned duties 
  • Able to sustain practical work pressure and is result oriented 
  • Proficiency to read, write and speak in Nepali (preferably also English)
