PHASE Nepal is a well established and fully Nepali led National NGO established in 2006 by a group of development professionals dedicated to support poor communities in remote areas of Nepal. Since last ten years PHASE is implementing Health, Education and livelihoods improvement programme in Humla, Bajura, Mugu, Gorkha, Sindhupalchok and Kavreplanchok districts. Currently, PHASE's core projects are funded by PHASE Worldwide UK, PHASE Austria, City of Vienna-Austria, NTTI USA, Lindsay Cooper Singapore, Hrothgar Investment Limited Singapore, Global Giving USA, Global Giving UK, Innocent Foundation UK, DFID UK through PHASE Worldwide and other individuals and organizations all over the world with about USD 400 thousands funding per year. PHASE's current relief projects are funded by Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH) Germany, Caritas Germany, Caritas Austria, People in Need and other organizations with funding over USD 2300 thousands including casd and kind. Currently PHASE has over 80 staff working for core program and over 50 for relief work. PHASE Nepal (www.phasenepal.org) seeks to hire following professionals:
Position: PROGRAM MANAGER (Senior position to manage PHASE's core program)
Location: Kathmandu.
Salary: Nrs 70000 to 90000 gross per month as a reference. However, salary is not a bar for a most competent candidate; therefore, please mention your expected salary in your application.
Qualification and Experiences: Master's Degree or equivalent in any discipline (with minimum 8 years university education) and minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in managing similar projects in managerial level in I/NGO with demonstrable record of accomplishment of best performance. Must have excellent English and IT skills.
