Programme Manager - Health
Reporting to the Country Director, the person is responsible to lead on the development and implementation of VSO Nepal's Health Programme which seeks to improve access and quality healthcare the community-based primary health care system. The role is also responsible for development of innovative health projects concepts and seek funding for these towards the achievement of health programme aims and objectives.
You must have experience of designing and implementing successful and innovative development projects and programmes in the Health sector. Proven experience of representation, project cycle management, people management, securing external funding, including donor engagement and proposal and report writing is must.

Operations Manager
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Human Resources, the person is responsible to manage the Country Office support services functions effectively and efficiently through providing high level support to employees and volunteers. The role is also responsible for managing the volunteers and staff security and administer the procurement.
You must have bachelor's degree (master prefer) with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in similar capacity (particularly on security management). Proven experience of working with multi-cultural team, excellent communication skills and managing people is must.
