Post: Executive Assistant (based in Kathmandu)
Major Responsibilities: Provide overall administrative support to the Country Representative through organizing and maintaining files and records, managing correspondences, and planning and scheduling meetings and appointments. S/he will also oversee special donor and visitor relations catering towards travel and guest arrangements, and customized communications.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelors' degree in a relevant field of study is required.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position.
- S/he should possess organizational and analytical skills necessary to coordinate executive office activities and excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff, partners, donors and visitors.
- The ability to take initiative and prioritize work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines is also required. Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality is a requirement of this position.
- The candidate must be willing to travel to field.
