We are looking for dynamic team player in the following positions for our programme. 
Position:  Shelter Capacity Builder (Roving)
Requirement: 2
Level: C2
Duration: Fixed term contract until March 2017
Location: Kathmandu
Description: This position will require supporting and building capacity of shelter teams of Oxfam and Partner Organizations, especially at district and project level in order to ensure the effective implementation and coordination of shelter activities within the humanitarian program.You will require working closely with the district teams to identify learning needs and developing capacity building plans. You will also require providing guidance to design specific and adapted processes, methodologies and tools for implementing and reporting in line with Oxfam principles and minimum requirements. 
Requirements for the role: Minimum of 3-5 years professional experiences in the field of Disaster Risk Management and Emergency Response, Masters Degree in Humanitarian Shelter and Settlements, Emergency Response, Disaster Risk Management, Sustainable Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture or relevant education from recognized universities.
