Vacancy For the Disaster Risk Management.

1. Job Title: Disaster Risk Management and Emergency Food Security and Vulnerable   Livelihoods Program Coordinator.
2. Contract Type: Fixed term contract based in Kathmandu
3. Key Responsibilities: In line with Oxfam's strategic plans and policy guidelines, the purpose of this position is to work under the leadership of the Program Coordinator HTN/DDR Humanitarian/Disaster Risk Reduction in planning, implementing, monitoring evaluation and knowledge management of DRM and Humanitarian Preparedness Program. You will also provide technical backstopping support and guidance on project management to partners and support authorities and stakeholders for institutionalization of DRR in country.
4. Requirements: Master Degree in agriculture/ Natural resource management / Business Studies, Social Science and Development or related subject with at least five years experience in DRR and livelihood field. Proven skills in partnership management and coordination with wider stakeholders.

All candidates will have strong organization skills, ability to work effectively in difficult environment and be flexible in demanding situations. You will have proficiency in English and good Interpersonal and team working skills especially in emergency mode.
